Driven by purpose. Guided by community. Measured by impact.
Arthotthana Parishat is a registered society headquartered at H.No. 9-8-54, Gurupad Nilaya, BVB College Road, Vidyanagar, Bidar – 585401, operating under the laws of the State of Karnataka.
Founded with a singular purpose — to work for the economic development and welfare of unemployed youth — we have grown into a multi-dimensional organisation touching education, healthcare, digital empowerment, and entrepreneurship across Karnataka.
We are not just an NGO. We are a movement of ordinary people doing extraordinary things for the communities they call home.
A Karnataka where every young person — regardless of caste, creed, or social status — has the tools, knowledge, and opportunity to become an entrepreneur, a job creator, and a proud contributor to their community and country.
To empower unemployed youth, women entrepreneurs, farmers, and rural communities through targeted workshops, digital platforms, educational support, healthcare access, and mentorship programs — turning aspirations into sustainable enterprises.
"When we founded Arthotthana Parishat, we had one simple belief: that unemployment is not a personal failure — it is a systemic gap that society must bridge together. Our country has millions of talented, passionate young people who only need the right door opened for them. We are that door."
Every program we run, every workshop we conduct, every health camp we organise — it all flows from this conviction. We have seen farmers double their incomes using digital tools we taught them. We have watched women who never ran a business become proud employers in their villages.
The journey has not been easy, but the impact keeps us going. I invite you to join our movement — as a volunteer, a donor, or simply as someone who believes in the power of community.
